This policy explains how Serumpun Woodcraft Sdn. Bhd. ("we", "us", "the workshop"), operator of the website at https://mealplus.help, collects and looks after personal information. We are a furniture maker, not a data business — we collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and build your project, and we handle it in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

1. What We Collect

When you send our enquiry form, call, or email us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, the type of project you are interested in, and whatever you write in your message — often including photographs of your space, floor plans and measurements. If we proceed to a quotation or contract, we will additionally collect your delivery address and billing details.

The website itself stores a small consent cookie (see our Cookie Policy) and standard server logs containing IP addresses and requested pages, kept for security and troubleshooting.

2. Why We Collect It

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, schedule site visits, fabricate and deliver your furniture, invoice you, and honour after-sales support. We may also contact you about the status of an active project. We do not use your details for unsolicited marketing unless you have expressly asked to hear from us.

3. Who Sees It

Within the company, only staff who need your details to serve you — the enquiry desk, the estimator assigned to your project, and the delivery crew. Outside the company, we share information only with parties essential to fulfilling your order (for example, a third-party transport provider receiving your delivery address) or where the law requires disclosure. We never sell, rent or trade personal data.

4. Where It Lives and How Long

Enquiry records are kept on secured systems accessible to authorised staff only. Project files, including quotations and correspondence, are retained for up to seven years after project completion to support warranties, tax obligations and after-sales service, then deleted or anonymised. Enquiries that never become projects are purged within twenty-four months.

5. Your Rights Under the PDPA

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent to its processing (which may limit our ability to serve you). 6. Security

If we change this policy, the revised version will appear on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated directly.
